You did not choose the wrong men by accident.
You chose from a wound that was planted before you were born.
ABOUT LISETTE
I know exactly what it feels like to choose him anyway.
NLP Practitioner · Numerologist · Coach helping women break the love patterns that were never theirs to carry.
HER STORY
I spent years inside a marriage repeating the exact same dynamic my parents had modeled for me — without even knowing I was doing it.
I know what it feels like to beg for love from someone who doesn’t have it to give. To shrink yourself to fit into a space that was never built for you. I also know what it feels like to finally be done.
After my divorce, I thought the pattern would end. It didn’t. I kept meeting the same man in a different body.
Emotionally unavailable. Unable to commit. And every time they left, I didn’t just feel heartbroken — I felt like a little girl being abandoned all over again.
That realization changed everything. Not the heartbreak — I had survived plenty of those. What changed me was finally understanding why. Why I kept choosing unavailable men. Why I kept shrinking. Why love had always felt like something I had to earn, perform for, or survive.
The wound did not start with me. And the moment I understood that — really understood it — I stopped blaming myself. And I started healing at the root.
"I do not believe you are broken. I believe you are loyal — to a wound that was never yours to carry."

WHY I DO THIS WORK
I am a certified NLP Practitioner and I spent over a decade in the corporate world — from logistics operations to managing cargo insurance for an international company in New York City. I know what it is to be the most competent woman in the room and still go home to a love life that does not reflect any of that strength.
I understand you — not from a textbook, but from the inside. The loneliness of being strong. The exhaustion of giving everything and receiving breadcrumbs in return. The particular pain of knowing your worth and still choosing beneath it, over and over again.
I became a coach because once I found the root — the inherited patterns, the family wounds, the beliefs a younger version of me formed just to survive — I could not unknow it. And I could not keep it to myself.
From Breadcrumbs to Beloved is the program I wish had existed when I needed it most. It is not therapy. It is not surface work. It is the exact process that helped me trace my love wounds to their origin, release over a decade of emotional weight, and step into a woman who genuinely loves her life.
I live in New York City. I have built a life I love — my work, my peace, my purpose. The Beloved relationship is not a rescue from that life. It is what arrives when you finally become whole enough to share it.
